Our ceremonial cacao is sourced from organic cacao grown in the fertile, mineral-rich regions of Uganda, East Africa, where cacao is cultivated in harmony with the land by smallholder farmers and traditional growing communities. This region produces cacao with exceptional richness, depth, and energetic vitality.

Ceremonial cacao has been revered for centuries as a sacred plant ally, a bridge between the physical and spiritual body. At Ahavah Earthworks, our cacao is offered in its pure, unrefined form, preserving the full spectrum of naturally occurring minerals, antioxidants, and supportive compounds that nourish the nervous system and open the heart.

Unlike conventional chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed and prepared with intention, allowing the plant’s natural intelligence and energetic integrity to remain intact. It is traditionally used in ceremony, meditation, creative practice, and daily ritual to support grounding, emotional clarity, and inner connection.

This is not simply a beverage.

Preparation

Add 6–9 cacao discs to a mug and pour hot water over the cacao, allowing it to gently melt.

Leave room to add the milk of your choice for a rich and creamy preparation, or enjoy it simply with pure water for a more traditional ceremonial experience.

To deepen the warmth and grounding qualities, add 6–9 shakes of our Emberroot Cacao Spice Blend.

Sweeten as desired using:

• Vanilla stevia
• Monk fruit or allulose
• Honey
• Or your preferred natural sweetener
